Will customers need to install an app?
No. Customers open your store link or scan a QR code. The store opens in their browser.
Can I still talk to customers on WhatsApp?
Yes. KiranaOS keeps WhatsApp in your workflow. The difference is that the actual order comes in a clean format instead of a messy chat list.
Does KiranaOS handle payment?
Not yet. Customers currently pay the store directly by cash or UPI on delivery. KiranaOS does not process online payments today.
